Services
McCourt Equipment provides equipment sales, service, repairs, parts, maintenance, field service, appointment scheduling, service follow-ups, and related services. Specific service terms may also be governed by a separate written agreement, quote, invoice, or statement of work.
SMS Opt-In / Call to Action
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages from McCourt Equipment by checking the SMS consent box on our service request/opt-in form and providing their mobile phone number.
The SMS consent checkbox states: "I agree to receive service-related SMS messages from McCourt Equipment regarding my service request, equipment repairs, parts availability, appointment scheduling, technician updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes."
SMS/Text Messaging Program
McCourt Equipment may send service-related SMS messages to customers who provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages. Messages may include service request confirmations, appointment scheduling, technician updates, equipment repair status updates, parts availability notifications, and follow-up communication related to services requested.
